Bali Summer Hotel By Amerta - Kuta (Bali)

Room shower temperature was hard to manage.

We were in Kuta for 1 day, had comfortable stay, the hotel was clean with marvellous and strategic location to various shopping malls. Location: the venue was just off the beach and restaurants, and restaurant s.

property was original, with outstandingly accommodating staff and unbeatable location in the heart of kuta. location: the hotel was short walk to the kuta beach as well as shopping mall. i visited sandbar a short walk to the venue for a few drinks.

The hotel is in a good location.

I was appalled by the state of the room we were given. The walls had numerous marks, and the bathroom was a disaster. The water temperature fluctuated between scalding hot and freezing cold. I was disappointed to find that our room wasn't serviced regularly , leaving us without clean towels or fresh linens for days.

The location is lekker, right near the beach and shops. Had a jol in the pool with some great tunes. The staff were amazing, always ready to help, specially my chommie at reception, Eka!

Just wish the WiFi was more reliable. It was kak when I needed it.

I was practically rolling my eyes when I saw my room-no fridge, no tea facilities, just dated decor. Honestly, the staff acted like they were doing me a favor when carrying my bags. Oh, and the towels? More stains than a crime scene. Almost could've sung its praises but just couldn't, absoluteley ridiculous!

This place is great, and has all I need, like free wifi, an outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me find my lost ring during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

Room conditions fell short, with dated furniture with visible wear and tear. Stains on bedding and towels hinted at a lack of proper cleaning. The swimming pool depth transitioned too quickly from 1 meter to 2 meters, not the best for less confident swimmers. A lack of in-room amenities, like a fridge and hot drink facilities, and it took too much effort to get regular cleaning and supplies like toilet paper and towels.

I loved the spacious room, but the breakfast menu got a bit monotonous. The staff were heaps friendly and helpful.

I spent 8 nights here and the location was a huge plus, just a quick walk to Kuta Beach. The breakfast was decent with a good variety, & the staff were always super friendly. I loved the little snack bar by the pool, but the wi-fi was kinda spotty at times.

I had a great time here, especially enjoying the delicious breakfast options and the live music in the evenings! the bathroom could really use some updates.

The hotel has a nice pool area and a good bar with live music at night. The staff were friendly and always had smiles on their faces. The location is convenient, close to shops and the beach. Rooms are decent value for the price, and the air conditioning worked great.

The food was terrible and my partner got food poisoning. Our room smelled like sewage. Housekeeping was not done daily, leaving us without clean towels .

Friendly staff helped with bags and the air conditioning worked perfectly, but the breakfast was always the same.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance of Singosari Temple and close to shopping streets and a pharmacy.

Had a fantastic holiday stay here! the breakfast was delightful 🥐 the location was perfect, close to lots of fun things to do outside.
